The "Work Cells and Resources Load" functionality is recommended for different kind of Planners and Production Managers.  Using this tool, You can find the critical places ("bottlenecks") in Production Schedule (e.g. Overload of Work Cells) and resolve problem.  It is possible to change Start Time for critical not started Operations, reschedule all Operations of selected Production Order or reschedule all members of "chain" of linked Production Orders.  It is also possible to change existing Production Requisitions to move it, for example, from "critical" periods to the potentially quiet days.
